Karina is a qualified accountant and seasoned charity executive with extensive experience in financial strategy, organisational transformation, and governance. She has held senior roles at leading organisations including the National Cancer Research Institute, Amnesty International, and The Elders Foundation. As CEO of PMH, Karina brings deep expertise in driving sustainable growth and operational resilience, informed by her own lived experience as a parent who supported a child through mental health challenges. She lives in the UK and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her children and grandchildren.
