Community Officer

Nicola draws on 14 years of lived experience supporting her son through mental health challenges, bringing deep empathy and understanding to her work. Formerly a Company Director in digital media, she now helps nurture the PMH community and volunteers. Nicola lives in Darlington with her husband and adult son, who continues to inspire her every day.
